In-person identity verification for employer I-9 requirements

We provide in-person I-9 employment verification as an authorized representative, completing Section 2 of Form I-9 after physically inspecting your original identification documents. Every new hire needs this in-person document check. Our service is especially useful when the employer can't be there in person, such as for remote hires.

Fee: $45 per verification. A travel fee applies when we come to you.

Important: The I-9 form is not notarized. Our role is to verify identity documents and complete the employer-required section of the form. Federal law requires Section 2 to be completed within 3 business days of an employee's start date.

What to Prepare for Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, please review the following before scheduling:

• Review your I-9 form in advance so you understand which documents are acceptable.

• Bring original identification (physical documents are required).

• Do not complete Section 2 in advance - we will guide you during the appointment.

• If copies of identification are required by your employer, please prepare ahead of time.
