An apostille is a certification that authenticates a document for legal use in another country. It is required for many documents going abroad, including diplomas, marriage and birth certificates, power of attorney, corporate documents, and many more. Countries that belong to the Hague Apostille Convention accept an apostille; countries that do not require a multi-step process called authentication and legalization. If you are not sure which one your document needs, we'll help you confirm it before we begin.
What's Included:
Our apostille fee covers preparation, coordination, and processing through the Colorado Secretary of State, including any required trips to the state offices and shipping. Notarization, translation, courier service, and expedited processing are available separately, based on what your document needs.
How It Works:
1. Submit your document along with the Request Form
2. We'll send you an Apostille Estimate - submit payment to proceed
3. We prepare your document and coordinate submission to the Colorado Secretary of State
4. We handle all required processing and pickup on your behalf
5. Receive your apostilled document or have us forward it to its final destination
Apostille pricing depends on the number of documents and any additional services needed. Full payment is due before processing begins. Reach out for a quote specific to your document.
